The fifth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks dominated the front pages of newspapers on Monday. The design of many of these showed how effectively the newspaper format can be used to tell a story.
Some of the front pages from around the world can be seen on the blog of a consultancy called the Innovation International Media Consulting Group.
The designs range from the traditional to the bold and dramatic, where editors devoted the entire front page to the anniversary.
