This election cycle should be an example of that threat with blogs like Larry Sinclair and No Quarter USA saying Obama isn't a US citizen, didn't register for selective service, that his wife was recorded cursing "whitey." These things have all been proven as lies, repeated only because of partisan interests, and the writers have no accountability.
