One of the books I hope to read over the holidays is Groundswell – Winning in a World Transformed by Social Technologies, by Charlene Li and Josh Bernoff while they were at Forrester Research.

Li recently gave a talk about social media and the power of connecting, as part of the Google’s Talks@Google series.
