CBC asked me to take part their spring training session for CBC.ca journalists. I had two hours to run through how to tell stories online using multiple media.
Here are the sites I used in the talk:
Example of a print story repurposed for the web from The Vancouver Sun
The Great Turtle Race: A project conceived as an online site from the start
Example of a repurposed TV script for the web from the BBC
BBC trial in mobile reporting
Multimedia reporting: Talking to the Taliban from The Globe and Mail
Complex application of multimedia in Reuters/Mediastorm special on five years in Iraq: Bearing witness
UBC School of Journalism student project: Mapping the federal elections
Good use of video by the BBC to “show me the story”: Free tool offers ‘easy’ coding
Effective use of graphics to explain underground nuclear tests from the BBC
Compelling audio slideshows tapping into strengths of photos and audio by a student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
BBC uses graphics and text to provide an anatomy of a spam e-mail for a general audience
Award-winning data-led special on the state of schools in Washington D.C. by The Washington Post, making the invisible visible for a local audience

I’m surprised that many of your BBC examples are pre-widening of the website… and we’ve developed the design style & grammar of our show and tells quite a bit since then.
Thanks for the comment Tim. Could you post links to some of these show and tells?
It may just be me but the link to:

doesn’t work … can you repost?
The link has changed since I posted this. The slideshows are now here
