That helps consumers to take action by showing them what to do with the information, in all the ways they love getting it, including our experiments with emerging methods.
You gave a great presentation. It was well-paced and the real-world examples of planning an intuitive experience – one that anticipates consumers’ information needs as it drives their online behaviour to meet business objectives – will work for every industry.
