You gave a great presentation. It was well-paced and the real-world examples of planning an intuitive experience - one that anticipates consumers’ information needs as it drives their online behaviour to meet business objectives - will work for every industry.

Love the ’sampling’ option for first timers. Like a charming host at a party, consumers get you care about them AND care about making sure they have a great online experience with high-quality content. Kudos for acknowledging UGC providers for doing so (e.g., awards = niiice).</description>
