Twitter webinar offers good advice for journalists

This webinar by PR firm Ogilvy offers a comprehensive look at how businesses can tap into the power of Twitter.

It was posted in November 2008 but the advice still stands, summed up by the words: follow, create, engage.

Much of the advice can be applied to the news industry and how journalists interact with audiences on Twitter.
